How to use this page
Check state first, then take the next action
The orders page is more than a history list. It is also the entry point for post-purchase follow-up, whether you need to confirm activation, copy an order ID, or start a refund request.
Check whether payment has synced
If you just finished paying, confirm that the order moved from pending payment to paid.
Paid orders can start refund requests
If the order still fits the first-phase refund rule, you can jump into the refund request directly from the order card.
Copy the order ID when you need support
If you need help with payment verification, webhook timing, or support follow-up, the order ID is the fastest way to locate the record.
